ProSOC is Proficio’s service to provide a managed Security Operations Center (SOC). In recent years, managing a SOC has increased in complexity. Security Operations Centers today require monitoring, analyzing and helping organizations respond to a large number of events from firewalls, IPS systems, proxies, identity management, physical security devices and much more.

Our SIEM software subscription can be combined with our ProSOC service to off-load the burden of installing and administering a SIEM system. Our ProNOC service also complements ProSOC by providing 24×7 monitoring of networks, servers and applications – together providing 360 degree IT monitoring.

Log Retention:
Proficio’s SIEM as a Service, ProSOC and ProSCAN service include full log retention for one year in our online cloud-based infrastructure at no extra cost. We also retain security events of interest for 7 years. Full logs in easy-to-understand normalized format are available at the click of a mouse.
